Does shipments take long to deliver after ordering ?

All parcels done by KCA logistis department are scheduled weekly between Monday /Wednsday/ Friday for handover. We urge customers to make or complete their orders on the day before our parcel handover for speedy delivery. As this is scheduled only by parcel service delivery and not by KCA Logistics

How do Pre-Orders work ?

KCA Online Beauty Shop offers not only a large variety of cosmetics to choose from. Some of our products however are pre-order. This means that the total sale of the item has yet to be calculated as it is not within our stock catalog. That said.. Pre-Order items has an expectancy time of aproximately or minimum 2 weeks. This is solely on its availability and cannot determine forehand if the item can be  fast delivered from our warehouse. Items however ordered on pre-order cannot be refunded as the process will be initiated by our system immediately, We recommend to carefully select the items you wish out of our catalog to purchase

KCA Online Beauty Shop has a majority of customers over The Netherlands and expanding locally to most cities and villages. Our services are not limmited as we ship all through europe and the americas.

What are the benefits of subscription for customers?

All subsribed customers receive discounts on orders valued 2% on check out, This only applies to subscribed customers which will then have loyalty discounts on orders as well.

How long does orders take to arrive?

Given the schedule of parcel services may vary at times. We cannot accertain specifically on the the time of arrival. KCA Logistics hands over parcels for delivery 3 times a week. Therefor the parcel delivery is completely within their schedule of delivery , time or day or days of festivity. Our system automatically delivers an track & trace option on completion of the order. Please follow this to track your chosen parcel delivery service.

How does KCA handle returns of refunds?

Cosmetics and suplements not accepted as returns due to health safety laws of which impedes us to do so. All items must be adequately presented and explained in our catalog, making this self explaning to all custiomers. Whith this, we ask to correctly order your cosmetic or suplement item that you desire. Consumables as drinks, and sachet coffee can be returned if the parcel is returned within 7 days.This is only applicable if the item seal isnt broken or openend. The customer is solely and fully responsible for the safe shipment of the parcel returning to KCA Logistics. Once returned ,the item(s) will be evaulated on their condition and refunded on good condition to customer.

How often do you have sales ?

Sales are usually done after product market sale evaluation per item. We cannot assertain as in when, how ever subscribed customers do get the benefit of this.

What are the product types sold?

Our cosmetic varaiety is made with our partners in : Japan  /Korea /Taiwan /Thailand /China. These are carefully selected and made for the entire Europe and Americas.
