I am contacting you regarding Order #3418, which was supposed to be delivered today.

Unfortunately, DHL informed me today that they were unable to deliver my parcel because the delivery address provided on the shipment was incomplete, specifically because my house number was missing.

I contacted DHL customer service immediately, but they told me that they are unable to correct the address or stop the return process. They advised me to contact you directly as the sender because the parcel is now being returned to you.

I would still very much like to receive my order. Could you please arrange for the parcel to be sent to me again with my complete and correct address, including my house number, once it is returned to you?

Staat genoteerd als geleverd maar niets ontvangen, besteld op 13/09/2026 onder de naam van Buysse Anabelle.

Shipments through DHL eCommerce takes approximately 5 days with no delays to Austria.
Should you wish your order faster we can use DHL Express which will of course have additional parcel delivery charges. DHL Express delivers with in 1 or 2 days without delays.
